Why this website?

Through this website I will be collecting a series of tips and strategies that, in the near future, will make me a very rich person. Although primarily focused on financial wealth, the concepts described here also apply to other kinds of fortune, like mental wealth, health, happiness and love. When acquired properly, though, financial wealth can automatically contribute to wealth in other areas.

In all fairness – I must add – I did not only create this site for my readers, but also as an inspiration for myself, as well as for filtering the hundreds of thousands of entries on this topic that can be found all over  the web. Therefore I will mostly be speaking in the ‘first person’. As my reader, you are, however, free to fill in your own name wherever this is applicable. From my own experience I can tell you this will work very well, since it will make the supplied information not only more personal, but also more powerful.

On www.beingveryrich.com I will share my experiences with the different ‘getting rich’ strategies that I am using in my personal life. The fact that I will always talk about ‘being’ rich does have a reason – one that I will explain later. It does not mean that I am already rich, though.

Many of the strategies and principles that I will discuss, are based on Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. The latter work appears to have inspired the movie The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.

Since I have just started this site, the topics are not categorized yet, but simply posted in chronological order. As the collection grows, though, a logical structure will be implemented.
Finally: this site is created primarily as a pool of tips, leads and strategies that are meant to inspire; it is not intended as a ‘how to become rich’ course. If you are looking for that, I can recommend The Science of Getting Rich by Bob Proctor.
